Toroidal cores are available for toroidal transformers.
The production of toroidal core is made by continuous winding of orientated silicon steel strips of a certain or variable width on appropriate cores and annealing at high temperature to eliminate the stress. Because the orientation of the steel strip is consistent with the direction of the magnetic flux, the properties of the core material can be fully brought into play by winding the core.
Different specifications of silicon steel sheet can be used for different types of transformers, the Jirui support for private customization.
EI silicon steel sheet is used as the iron core of the transformer, because silicon steel itself is a magnetic substance with strong magnetic conductivity. In the energized coil, it can produce a large magnetic induction intensity, thus reducing the volume of the transformer.
Jirui produces and processes national standard and non-standard series of EI, UI, TL type silicon steel sheet widely used in power adapters, power transformers, control transformers, etc.
The power loss in the core is called "iron loss", which is caused by two reasons, one is "hysteresis loss" and the other is "eddy current loss". The use of silicon steel sheet can reduce both types of iron losses.
